Welcome to QT3A auto parts. By using this website or placing an order you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Definitions

• “Store” / “we”: the QT3A online store, located at Bani Abd Al-Ashhal, Airport Road, Madinah 42313, Saudi Arabia.
• “Customer” / “you”: any person browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order.
• “Products”: the auto parts, oils, fluids, accessories and tools offered on the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

3. Account and credentials

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or close any account used improperly or containing false information.

4. Products and vehicle fitment

• Fitment data (make, model, year, engine, transmission) is provided as guidance only.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the OEM part number against their vehicle before ordering. We recommend matching the number printed on the old part, or contacting us on WhatsApp before purchase.
• Images are illustrative; packaging and part details may vary between production batches without affecting the technical specification.
• We work to keep stock accurate, but availability is finally confirmed when the order is confirmed.

5. Prices and VAT

• All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
• Where an obvious pricing or stock error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund it in full with no further liability.

6. Orders and confirmation

• Submitting an order is an offer, not an acceptance. The contract is formed when we issue an order confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel an order where stock has run out, fraud is suspected, shipping details are incomplete, or the customer cannot be reached.

7. Payment

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where available in your area.
• A service fee may apply to cash-on-delivery orders; it is shown clearly in the order summary before you confirm.
• We never store your card details — payments are processed directly by our payment provider.

8. Shipping and delivery

• Processing time and shipping cost are shown at checkout and vary by city, weight and availability.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not binding. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure.
• Inspect your shipment on delivery and report any visible damage or shortage within 24 hours with clear photos.
• If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no response from the customer, redelivery charges may apply.

9. Warranty

• Products carry the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty where applicable; the term is stated on the product page where available.
• The warranty does not cover: incorrect installation or installation by non-specialists, misuse, neglected maintenance, accident or water damage, and normal wear of consumable parts.
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase from this store and, on request, a workshop report.

10. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Intellectual property

All site content — text, logos, images and design — belongs to the store or is licensed to it, and may not be copied or republished commercially without prior written permission. Vehicle manufacturer names, logos and OEM part numbers belong to their owners and are used for fitment identification only; their use does not imply any official relationship or endorsement.

12. Limitation of liability

• The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Incorrect installation of auto parts can cause serious vehicle damage or a safety hazard; we strongly recommend installation by an approved workshop.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of products. Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the order in dispute.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in particular the E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations and the Anti-Commercial Fraud Law. Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time; amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 28 August 2026.
